I started using Sono Sleep mouth tape
around a year and a half ago. I knew I had trouble keeping my mouth closed at night for a long time but I never did anything about it. I heard about mouth tape and nose strips helping with sleep quality years ago and I finally decided to try it. Since then, I can’t go a night without using mouth tape. I definitely sleep better when I use it. I had an issue with my card which delayed my last order, so I ran out for a week or so, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I was literally counting down the days until my order arrived. It’s comfortable, holds well (even with mustache/beard), and comes off easily. I have no complaints with Sono Sleeps mouth tape. If you know you can’t keep your mouth closed at night, give this stuff a go.

It doesn't stick that well since I use skincare serums before bed and I'm not willing to give them up. I prefer a different brand with a hole in the middle so I can sip water in the middle of the night and they also work better with my skincare.

The tape works fine. As being a mouth breather for 47 years, breathing through my nose is far from natural. Maybe include some tips for calming yourself down whilst trying to fall asleep. I did watch some videos on tongue positioning and stuff to help. A couple weeks in and so far so good now.

I've never used mouth tape before and wanted to give a brand a try - this popped up as one in my google search. It's pretty good! I don't know why the cover for the adhesive is kind of split into two pieces, as you cannot pull it apart that way. I have to pull off the cover from the side and have it stick to both of my hands and then apply. If it was cut better, then you could easily peel off from the middle on both ends and have it not stick to your hands. That's my only critique. It stayed on overnight easily and wasn't peeling off by the morning, the instructions were easy to follow, and it comes off relatively clean. The first time I removed it I still had some black bits around my mouth, but it's been better.

Because I breathe through my mouth while sleeping, I often wake up with dry mouth. Since I started using this tape, that is no longer an issue and my morning breath has also improved. For me, it was just too hard to get used to. I couldn't breath well through my nose, and even after 3 hours of trying it was just panicky. The product is well made, but I think you have to have a certain level of comfort with nasal breathing which unfortunately I do not have.
